The Mercer County PA Young Democrats (MCPAYD) is a political  group for local democrats 18-39 years of age, dedicated to staying informed, speaking out, taking action, and lifting up the community.  Our purpose is to promote forward-thinking and future-focused political action, and community support throughout Mercer County PA, as well as to work in concert with other Democratic and progressive political organizations across local, state and national boundaries.  This will include, but is not limited to, assisting in campaigns (canvasing, calling, mailing), community outreach and enrichment projects, registering voters, providing political and civic education, and providing easily accessed information for members of our county to better understand the impact of political and civic issues within their community.
